10.12. About the Workshop¶
What is a workshop?¶
This workshop module allows students not only to submit assignments but also to engage in "peer assessment," where they evaluate each other’s work, and "self-assessment," where they reflect on their own submissions. By experiencing the evaluator’s perspective, you can learn what kind of submissions are expected.

10.12.1. How to Create a Workshop¶
The workshop is divided into four stages. Once you have completed each stage, click "Skip to the next stage."

1. Install the workshop module.

2. (Setup Phase) We will set up the workshop.

3. In the "Submission Instructions" section, enter a description of what students are expected to submit. Click "Save and view"

4. In the "Aspect" section of the "Evaluation Form," enter a description of what students will be evaluating and set the rating scale, then click "Save and exit"

5. Click "Skip to the next phase" displayed in the "Setup phase"

6. (Submission Phase) In the "Assessment Instructions" section, enter the criteria for students to use when evaluating their peers' submissions.

7. Once the setup is complete, students submit their assignments.

8. Once students have submitted their work, assign each student the assignments of other students to evaluate.

9. Click "Skip to the next phase" displayed in the "Submission phase"

10. (Assessment Phase) Students will conduct peer assessment or self-assessment.

11. After students have completed their peer evaluations, click "Skip to the next phase" displayed in the "Evaluation Phase."

12. (Grading evaluation phase) Once the grading process is complete, students will receive scores for both their submissions and their evaluations.
The total of the grades for student submissions and the evaluation grades will be recorded as the workshop grade.
Teachers can manually adjust the grades for each submission and assessment.
Click the rating you want to change, then modify the score under "Override Rating" to adjust the rating.

13. Clicking "Skip to the Next Phase" will end the workshop, and the grades will be recorded on the grading sheet.
