10.13.3. Evaluating Assignments¶
Once the assignment submission period has ended, the teacher will begin grading the assignments.
Assessment Methods for Assignments¶
A method of grading students one by one¶
Once the student has submitted the assignment, click "Grades" on the module page.
The details of each student's assignment are displayed on the screen, and you can enter scores and comments.

How to enter everyone's scores in a list on the screen¶
Once the student has completed the submission, click "Submissions" on the module page.
A list of students and the status of their assignment submissions is displayed, and you can enter feedback and grades.

How to upload files and submit grades and feedback all at once¶
To use this feature, please enable "Download grading worksheet" under the "Feedback type" setting.
1. Once the student has completed the submission, click "Submissions" on the module page.
2. Click "Actions" on the right side of the screen, then open the Excel file downloaded from "Download grading worksheet"

3. Since the downloaded file contains a list of each student’s submission status, enter the grades and feedback comments, save the file, and upload the grading worksheet.

Provide feedback on the submitted files and upload them all at once¶
By uploading a feedback file, you can grade submitted assignments and return the results to students all at once.
1. After submitting an assignment, click "Actions" under the "Submissions" tab, then click "Download all submissions" All submitted assignments will be downloaded as a ZIP file.

2. When you open the downloaded ZIP file, you will find each student's files inside.

3. Copy the files from the downloaded ZIP file and save them to a new folder. Review each student’s submitted file saved in the new folder, then either save your corrections by overwriting the original files or save the files you wish to provide feedback on.

4. Compress the folder containing the files you provided feedback on into a ZIP file.

5. Select "Upload feedback file in a ZIP" from the "Actions" menu, and upload the compressed ZIP file.
