What is a file?

This module allows you to post handouts such as syllabi on the course page.

10.20.1. How to Use the File

1. Install the file module.

2. Enter the settings and upload the file via "Select file" Once you're done, click "Save and view"

Note: While you can upload multiple files, only one file will be displayed on the course page.
To place multiple files on a course page, you can either upload them individually or use the "Folder"* module.

  • Name: The name of the module displayed on the course.
  • Description: This is the module description.
