10.9. About Feedback¶
What is feedback?¶
With Feedback, you can create general surveys for students by freely crafting questions, such as course evaluations or requests regarding the course.

10.9.1. How to Use Feedback¶
1. Install the feedback module.

2. Configure the feedback settings and click "Save and view"

3. Click "Add question" under the "Questions" section to add questions to the feedback.

● Content of the additional feedback questions
- Captcha: Adds verification to prevent automated posts by bots (such as "I'm not a robot").
- Text and Media Area: Use this to insert explanatory text, images, or videos between questions.
- Multiple-choice: These are questions that use radio buttons or checkboxes. Possible answers include "Yes/No" or "Select from A, B, or C."
- Multiple-choice (rated): Assign numerical values such as "5 points, 4 points..." to the answer choices. This is useful when you want to calculate the average score during data analysis.
- Information: This field automatically displays the course name or category name.
- Add a page break: This splits the page and displays the rest on the next page.
- Numeric answer: Enter only numbers to answer. You can also specify a range (e.g., 1–100).
- Short text answer: Enter a response of about one line.
- Longer text answer: Enter a multi-line response.
4. You can view the students' responses by clicking "Responses"
